Licenses and Certifications
 I have had the following licenses and certifications:

Series Three Licensed Associated Person by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission  (CFTC) and
  the National Futures Association (NFA) as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and as a Commodity
  Pool Operator (CPO) from February 1988 through December 2004  trading wheat and soybeans;

Registered Forensic Economist (RFE) by the American Rehabilitation Economics Association (AREA)
  from August 1994 until I retired in 2001; and,

Fellow and Diplomate, and Board Certified Forensic Examiner (BCFE) by the American College of
  Forensic Examiners, from September 1994 until I retired in 2001.
