Series Three Licensed Associated Person by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and  the National Futures Association (NFA) as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and as a  Commodity Pool Operator (CPO) from February 1988 until I retired from this activity in 2004;

Registered Forensic Economist (RFE) by the American Rehabilitation Economics Association (AREA)  from August 1994 until I retired from this activity in 2001; and,

Board Certified Forensic Examiner (BCFE) by, and Fellow and Diplomate of, the American College of Forensic Examiners, from September 1994 until I retired from this activity in 2001.
